What we collect
Names, contact details, date of birth, guardian details for under-18s, enrolment, attendance, assessment results, payment references and certificate records. We collect only what is needed to run training, issue certificates and pay trainer and partner shares.
Children
Children's profiles are created and controlled by a parent or guardian. We do not publish children's details. Certificate verification pages show only the holder's name, the award, result and date.
How we use it
To enrol and teach learners, schedule trainers, record performance, issue and verify certificates, process payments, calculate revenue shares and improve our programmes. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Trainers see the learners in their cohorts. Partner institutions see learners they enrolled or hosted. Payment and hosting providers process data for us under agreement.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to record-keeping duties, by contacting info@zambesi.ac.zw.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are protected, and access is limited by role. Report any concern to info@zambesi.ac.zw.
