- The scheduler assigns you to cohorts that match your skills, avoiding public holidays and double bookings.
- Mark attendance and enter scores online; learners get certificates automatically.
- Your commission is calculated on every confirmed payment and shown in your earnings statement.
- Payment monthly within 10 working days of settlement, by bank or mobile money.

Shares are paid on net fees after payment charges. Final rates are set in your trainer agreement and shown in your dashboard.
